Product care
Jewellery care
If you want to keep your jewellery in a good condition as long as possible, please read the following guidelines.
Take off any type of jewellery before showering, sleeping or doing any form of sport or demanding physical activity.
Note that our gold plated products are plated with 2-3 layers of 14 carat gold, and these layers will fade over time, within extensive usage of the product.
A chemical reaction can occur between the sulphur in the air and the thick layer of gold on the plating, which can cause tarnishing. Factors such as humidity, sweat, and pollution can contribute to the acceleration of gold-plating tarnishing.
Please get in contact on managoldcph@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding the care of your product, or if you wish to restore or renew your product for a small fee.
